From March 23 to 26, Sabre Paris had the honour of supporting the event organised by WE ARE ONA in Hong Kong, in collaboration with artist and photographer Léa Colombo and chef Daniel Boulud.
As part of this unique culinary experience, Sabre Paris provided custom-made Bistrot cutlery, specially designed for the occasion. Conceived as true scenographic objects, they elevated the table setting and blended seamlessly into the creative universe crafted for the event.
Every detail contributed to creating a memorable table, reflecting the artistic vision of Léa Colombo and the cuisine of chef Daniel Boulud. The experience came to life through an immersive scenography, where colours, textures, and flavours engaged in a harmonious dialogue.
This collaboration illustrates the meeting point between design and gastronomy, driven by WE ARE ONA’s distinctive approach, which transforms every dinner into an experience.
