DELIVERY

During the holiday season, the online store delivers to all countries served by Colissimo or UPS, with estimated delivery times between 7 and 14 business days.

Items are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing their order. We offer several delivery methods provided by Colissimo or UPS: home delivery, post office delivery, or pickup at a relay point. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your package tracking number. If you are not home when your package is delivered, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox informing you that the delivery service has attempted to deliver your package and inviting you to contact Colissimo to arrange a new delivery or to pick up your package at a pickup point or post office.

We also offer free delivery to our stores in Paris (Marais, Odéon, or Madeleine).

Delivery in mainland France is free for purchases over €80.
Outside France, the delivery cost is indicated after you enter the delivery address.
