Le modèle Bistrot passe au lave-vaisselle, à 45°C maximum. Pensez à ouvrir le lave-vaisselle à la fin du cycle. Pour le lavage à la main, nous vous recommandons de ne pas utiliser d’éponges abrasives.
Si de petites auréoles apparaissent sur les lames des couteaux, elles se retireront facilement avec un chiffon doux et/ou du vinaigre blanc.
Pour les couverts dont les manches sont de couleurs claires, évitez le contact prolongé avec des aliments tachants (café, thé, sauce tomate...).
