If small rings appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
For cutlery with light-coloured wooden handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that stain (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).
The handle of the Jonc cutlery range is accoya, created from radiata pine. It is a modified wood from sustainable sources and is very strong. To preserve its radiance, we recommend regular care with olive or linseed oil. It is also recommended that you do not leave your cutlery soaking in water.
