The handle is made of real olive wood which is a very resistant wood. To preserve the radiance of the wood, we recommend regular care with olive or linseed oil. It is also recommended that you do not leave your cutlery soaking in water.
Also avoid prolonged contact with foods that stain (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).
